Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.PokerPens.com. If you are not satisfied beyond your expectations with your purchase FOR ANY REASON you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (less any promotional discounts if applicable), minus the shipping, handling and other charges. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper for full replacement value.

The item must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Failure to return the product without the proper paperwork may result in denial of credit to your account.

Here is the simple process for returning an item to PokerPens.com:

  1. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. Please remember to NOT ship pens with ink in them!!
  2. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier to the following address:
