Warranty Policy

PokerPens.com offers a one (1) year warranty (from original purchase invoice date) against any manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship on all of our products. During this warranty period, we will repair or replace your product (at our discretion) for any failure in mechanism or workmanship due to normal use.*

A word about durability and wear: There is no way to quantify durability in terms of years, as in “you’ll get X years of service.” Much depends on the use, the environment, even the user’s body chemistry. We use the highest quality parts we can get. Treat your product right, it will last you years.

We may ask for a photo of the defect. If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it! Guaranteed!

Excluded from this warranty are bark incursions, voids or other naturally occurring elements of the wood or other material. These are inherent in the selection of a natural material and we have enhanced their beauty.

At any time during the one (1) year should your pen or other product not function as intended, simply contact us as stated in our product return policy. Within one year of purchase, return your item with a dated proof of purchase, and US $28.95 for shipping, packing and handling and we will refund, repair or replace your product (at our discretion.) Our warranty does not extend to ink cartridges, refills, nor metal plating.

Also excluded from this warranty are items that have been misused, abused or altered. Also excluded are direct or consequential damages to persons, property or materials, for which you agree to indemnify and hold PokerPens.com, its officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand. Your purchase of any of our products constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Here is the simple process for returning an item to PokerPens.com:

  1. Repack the product in its original packaging materials if available along with and US $28.95 for shipping, packing and handling. Please remember to NOT ship pens with ink in them!!
  2. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier to the following address:
